Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. The mother of her child, Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam as well, and she has Chinese ancestry, while her father, Winston Barrett Munn, is from a family with deep roots in The American South. Olivia was two years old when her parents divorced. She is now raised by her mom and stepfather. He is an United States Air Force soldier. The family left Oklahoma and lived in different locations, however she lived the majority of her childhood in Tokyo. When she was in Japan, she was an actor in local theater performances and then turned into a Japanese models for fashion. Olivia was a model who been living with her parents in Los Angeles in order to achieve her dream of becoming an actor was determined to pursue her goal after the family moved back to the United States. After a few small roles and a few small roles, her career took off on an extremely promising direction when she landed the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006) and the role of Rob Schneider's receptionist Big Stan (2007).
